About Our Practice

Care built around you, not your diagnosis alone

United Health and Wellness LLC was founded on a simple belief: chronic and acute pain deserve more than a quick prescription. Our Lanham office focuses on understanding the root of each patient’s pain and building a realistic, sustainable plan to manage it.

From your first visit, our goal is to help you get back to the activities, work, and relationships that pain has interrupted — with a plan you understand and trust every step of the way.

Patient-First Approach

Every plan starts with listening — not a template.

Evidence-Based Treatment

Interventions guided by current best practices in pain medicine.

Ongoing Support

We stay involved through follow-up visits and plan adjustments.

Services

Comprehensive pain management, in one place

From diagnosis to ongoing care, we offer a full range of services to help manage acute and chronic pain conditions.

Interventional Pain Management

Targeted, minimally invasive procedures to reduce pain at its source.

Epidural & Spinal Injections

Coordinated referral

Steroid and anesthetic injections to relieve nerve-related back and neck pain.

Nerve Blocks

Coordinated referral

Precision injections that interrupt pain signals from specific nerves.

Trigger Point Injections

Coordinated referral

Direct treatment for muscle knots that cause localized, referred pain.

Medication Management

Careful, monitored prescribing focused on safety and long-term function.

Diagnostic Evaluations

Thorough assessments to pinpoint the true source of your pain.

Physical Medicine Referrals

Coordinated referrals to our trusted partners.

Chronic Pain Programs

Long-term management plans for arthritis, fibromyalgia, and nerve pain.

Not all treatments are appropriate for every condition. Your provider will recommend a plan specific to your evaluation. Services marked “Coordinated referral” are performed by our trusted partners, and our office manages the referral for you.

Do I need a referral to be seen?

No referral is needed to be seen at our office. For epidural & spinal injections, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections, we coordinate a referral to our trusted partners who perform those procedures. We handle that coordination for you after your evaluation.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a photo ID, a list of current medications, and any relevant imaging or medical records if available. Please also be prepared to pay for your visit at the time of service.

What conditions do you treat?

We treat chronic and acute back, neck, and joint pain, nerve pain, arthritis, and other pain conditions. Call our office to discuss your specific situation.

How long is a typical treatment plan?

Every plan is different. Some patients see improvement in a few visits; chronic conditions may involve an ongoing plan with regular follow-ups.
